Refund policy

Claro.

Refund & Return Policy — SoleForecast

Last Updated: September 29, 2026

At SoleForecast, we want our customers to have a clear and transparent shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations may be requested.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, unless a different mandatory period applies under applicable consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return, the item should generally be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received;
  • Unworn and unused, except for reasonable inspection where permitted by law;
  • With its original tags, when applicable;
  • In its original packaging where reasonably possible; and
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or other information that allows us to identify the order.

These conditions do not limit any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their orders after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please notify SoleForecast as soon as reasonably possible.

After reviewing the issue, we may provide an appropriate remedy, such as replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Where SoleForecast is legally responsible for a defective or incorrect product, customers will not be required to bear return costs where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Exchanges

Where exchanges are available, they are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product or size is unavailable, we may offer another appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for discretionary returns where permitted by applicable law, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Products made specifically to the customer's specifications;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons after an applicable seal has been removed; and
  • Other products legally exempt from cancellation or return rights.

These exclusions do not override mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

5. European Union and EEA Customers

Where applicable, consumers in the European Union or European Economic Area purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from qualifying distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions.

For qualifying purchases, the withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Customers exercising a statutory right of withdrawal should provide a clear statement communicating their decision to withdraw within the applicable period.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within the period established by applicable law.

Where legally required, SoleForecast will refund eligible payments, including applicable standard delivery charges, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option may not be refundable where permitted by law.

The customer may be responsible for direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal where this has been properly disclosed and applicable law permits it. Different rules may apply when goods are defective, incorrect, or non-conforming.

6. United Kingdom Customers

Where UK consumer law applies, customers may have statutory cancellation and return rights for qualifying online purchases, including a cancellation period that generally lasts 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Customers may also have separate statutory remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Nothing in this policy restricts rights available under applicable UK consumer law.

7. Refunds

Once a return is received and reviewed, we will determine whether the refund qualifies under this policy and applicable law.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Banks, card issuers, payment providers, and other financial institutions may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

Where a specific refund deadline is imposed by applicable consumer law, SoleForecast will process the refund in accordance with that requirement.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs will be handled according to the reason for the return and applicable consumer law.

For voluntary returns or changes of mind outside statutory rights, shipping charges may be non-refundable and customers may be responsible for return shipping where permitted by law.

For defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products, SoleForecast will comply with all applicable legal obligations concerning shipping and return costs.

9. Sale and Promotional Items

Unless otherwise stated, products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns may be eligible for returns under the same general conditions described in this policy.

A discount or promotional price does not remove statutory consumer rights.

10. Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or shipped. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation cannot always be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

Any mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

11. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address, refused delivery without exercising an applicable statutory right, or failed to collect the shipment, reasonable costs associated with the return or reshipment may be deducted or charged where permitted by law.

This provision does not apply where doing so would interfere with mandatory consumer rights.

12. Refund Abuse and Fraud

SoleForecast reserves the right to investigate return or refund requests involving suspected fraud, abuse, manipulation, or materially false information.

This does not affect legitimate claims or mandatory consumer rights.

13. How to Request a Return or Refund

Customers wishing to request a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund should use the customer-support or return-request method made available through the SoleForecast store.

Customers should provide sufficient information for us to identify the relevant order and understand the reason for the request.

Do not send products back without following the return instructions provided by SoleForecast.

14. Consumer Rights

This policy operates alongside applicable consumer protection laws.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right applicable to a particular customer or transaction, the applicable mandatory law will prevail.
